Hello Im Frank Carbone
I am a Singer/Songwriter,and DJ from Queens,New York.i have been performing since 15 years old and for the past 25 years i have been a dedicated practitioner and teacher in the field of somatic health and well-being.i am so GRATEFUL to have extensive training with Emilie Conrad and Ray Castellio. Im a 1st generation Continuum Teacher,and a certified practitioner in Prenatal and Perinatal Somatic psychology.ive assisted over 70 womb surrOunds worlwide mostly with Dr. Ray Castellino, a pioneer in the field of prenatal and birth trauma healing, and the developer of The Womb Surround Process Workshop.
I lived almost a decade in Ojai California working at Ray's BEBA Clinic (Building and Enhancing Bonding and Attachment) as a Facilitator of families. Frank has assisted other leaders in the field, including Mary Jackson and Tara Blasco. He is currently assisting Anna and Elizabeth Chitty's Biodynamic Craniosacral Training in Boulder, Colorado.
As a Continuum Teacher, and Gyrotonic instructor, Frank draws on the principles of fluidity, movement, breath, sound and tracking pleasurable sensations to facilitate healing and transformation in his own life as well as his students, and clients. He has a deep understanding of the connection between the body, mind, and spirit and believes in the power of somatic practices to promote greater awareness, vitality, and well-being.
Frank is currently working and teaching in Queens NY at 3 Elements Healing Arts Center on Bayside NY.

Frank is the creator of WombContinuum, a unique blend of Continuum movement therapy and womb surround work developed by Ray Castellino. In his small group workshops, Frank creates a safe and welcoming environment for participants to explore early imprinting, heal from prenatal and birth trauma, and discover more creative and pleasurable ways to play in "The Umbilical Field."
Through his work, Frank is committed to helping individuals tap into their innate potential for healing and transformation. He believes that by reconnecting with our bodies and the wisdom of our earliest experiences, we can discover greater ease, joy, and meaning in our lives.
My Journey from the streets of NY to Ojai
In 2005, I was attending a Continuum workshop in NYC with Emilie Conrad, and one of the participants brought in Ray Castellino's name into the check in,explaining how her Continuum experience was very embryonic and restorative.
Emilie took a good amount of time to listen to this woman who had been in a "Womb Surround Process Workshop" with Ray, and was talking about her birth process, and the embryo & cell as a central common motif of Emilie's work, and how Continuum has so much to offer in re-patterning early Imprints and Somatic development. I remember being very interested in the conversation.
As it would turn out later that month a Gyrotonic client of mine on the lower East side of Manhattan brought up Ray Castellino... again… Telling me she thought I would love his work, and felt I needed to go to California to meet him.
Dr. Raymond Castellino facilitates people of all ages to resolve and re-pattern prenatal and birth trauma imprinting. This includes facilitating babies and children in the family setting and adults in individual and small group settings.
A 'Womb Surround' Process Workshop is a small group format developed and refined by Raymond Castellino since 1992. It creates a safe, welcoming environment in which to explore early imprinting from preverbal life that is affecting your present life. Typically there are 6-7 participants in a workshop.
The purpose is to heal and re-pattern early trauma and to create more options for current behavior and ways of being in relationship. In addition to healing prenatal, birth and other early trauma, this process has the principle impact of encouraging loving bonding within primary relationships. Participants commonly state that the process is transformationl on a deep level.

This special Continuum Womb Surround work, WombContinuum, is a blend of Continuum movement therapy and womb surround work developed by Ray Castellino.
We work in small group settings, and explore creative and pleasurable ways to play is what I call "The Umbilical Field". My own experiences as a devoted Continuum student of Emilie Conrad has led me to a vivd and healing path holding a womb space to explore the original template of being created.
