Join Frank Carbone for a three-day Womb Surround process workshop weaving compassionate group support with the gentle sound, breath, and fluid movement explorations of Continuum.

Together, we will create a space to explore themes of beginnings, belonging, connection, and our relationship with being supported. The Womb Surround process invites each person’s experience to unfold at their own pace, with respect for boundaries, choice, and the time needed to integrate.

Continuum offers a way to listen beneath our familiar stories—through sensation, subtle movement, vibration, and rest. We will approach cellular consciousness as a contemplative exploration, bringing curiosity to the body as a living community and imagining the possibilities of receiving nourishment, communicating, and belonging at the cellular level.

Through individual process, attentive witnessing, and shared exploration, we will make room for what arises in the present: feelings, sensations, insights, and new possibilities for connection. There is no need to force an experience or recover an early memory.

This is an invitation to meet yourself with tenderness, honor your own rhythms, and explore what it feels like to be received.
