What might unfold when we bring loving attention to the life within us?

Our cells continually communicate, exchange nutrients, and respond to their surroundings. Inspired by this living world, we will explore the body as a community of relationships—inviting curiosity, tenderness, and a deeper sense of connection.

Through gentle breath, sound, fluid movement, and quiet listening, Frank will guide us into the One Cell Meditation: an imaginative, embodied journey toward our earliest beginning. We will explore the image of a single living cell—its fluid interior, the environment that surrounds it, and the membrane that both connects and distinguishes the two.

Cellular biology offers inspiration for our inquiry; sensation and imagination offer ways to explore it. What can we discover about receiving nourishment, allowing movement, and being in relationship? What changes in our experience when we meet ourselves with kindness?

This class offers space to slow down, follow your own pace, and welcome the subtle movements already unfolding within you.
